Strange question!
My family have sat in the chicken run for many years(and still do). My grandad passed away 10 years ago this year. I was wondering if anyone has access to any images (probably taken from the main stand) of the chicken run anywhere from probably before 2004 that might show my grandad sitting in his seat. Even if it's quite blurry it would be a nice thing to get maybe enlarged and frames for my Nan.

We sit in the east stand lower. To the left of the half way line (as you look at the stand)

Thanks

Chicken run lower, to the left of half way line and he sat (we still sit) at the back row

Nice idea ... Good luck.... I know that stranger things have happened and I have seen my ugly mug amongst crowd shots over the years.

Is Steve Bacon still around?

Seemed a really decent guy when I met him the one time........................

Probably has a few snaps that would do the trick

Re: Strange question!
My theory is that if he was at every home game for like 10/15 years or so, someone must have celebrated in front of the east stand or taken a throw and he's in background! It must be there but as you said it's finding it :(

Best bet is to try Getty or the PA archives I reckon. Needle in a haystack though, unfortunately.
